M4 Builders

M4 Builders works on custom homes and renovations in Northern Arizona, along with casitas, guest houses and detached garages. Its published process starts with the property and intended use, then moves into design coordination and construction.

For homeowners in the Prescott area, its portfolio provides several ways to explore that scope: the Diamond Valley Craftsman custom home in Prescott, a porch enclosure and bath renovation, and the Legend Hills RV Garage in Prescott Valley. Each is a different project type, so start with the example closest to what you want to build.

A consultation is the place to discuss the lot or existing home, the changes you want and the budget you have in mind. For a garage or guest space, include how it should work alongside the main house.
